Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple healthcare project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while effectively allocating resources.
Coordinate with senior living facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to meet project goals.
Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector, specifically in senior living or hospitals.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
