Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction to oversee and manage heavy-civil projects, including sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate scope, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records of project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in heavy-civil projects, particularly in sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
