We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead industrial and commercial projects in the Southeastern U.S.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, with a focus on safety, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring all milestones are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to schedules.
Lead cross-functional teams, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring optimal collaboration and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, cost reports, change orders, and progress reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues, making real-time decisions to keep projects on track.
Participate in post-project evaluations to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.
