What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met
Oversee project budget and monitor project expenses
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design plans are being followed and work is being completed according to specifications
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members during the design and construction process
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

What You Need for this Position

History of managing a variety of mechanical projects (HVAC and Plumbing)
- Job size over 25 million
-5+ years of Piping, MEP/HVAC and construction Project Management experience
- Government and Healthcare Experience preferred not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Navisworks, ProContractor, and Procore
-Plumbing, HVAC, Piping
