Location: Fort Worth and Dallas, TX (multiple offices)
Salary: $110k-$145k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years in construction, Educational or Healthcare experience (must have ground-up experience)

Our primary focus is on K-12 and Higher Education projects. We also specialize in Municipal buildings, Churches, and Healthcare projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects
- Active participation in new Project Pre-construction
- Monitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costs
- Review Assistant Project Manager (Asst. PM) RFIs and Submittals
- Working knowledge of project bids and issue contracts
- Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers
Experience working in Commercial Construction focused on either:
- K-12 or Higher Education projects (Ground-up)
- Municipal Construction
- Healthcare Construction
- Competitive base salary $110k-$145k depending on experience
