Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers in the development of design plans and specifications for waste water treatment facilities
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Oversee project budget and monitor project expenses
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design plans are being followed and work is being completed according to specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members during the design and construction process
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project documentation and ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Data center builds
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and waste water treatment processes
- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and scheduling
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
- PMP certification is a plus
