Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of land development projects from obtainment to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land acquisition and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
