Based in beautiful Sunrise Florida, LIONCO has been in the residential construction business for over 25 years! Our services spread from residential to commercial focusing on multifamily, townhome and hospitality focused products.

What you will be doing: You will be a project manager or superintendent with an outstanding record of achievement. You will be responsible of scheduling and expediting using customer service experience while be organized and dependable. More specific duties will be provided.

WHAT YOU NEED:

At least 5 years of Residential, Commercial construction experience
Scheduling and expediting skills
Organized and Dependable

NICE TO HAVE:

Project Management experience
4 year degree in building construction or other field.
