Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce project costs and maximize project profits.
Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee all stages of project completion.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Review project progress and provide detailed reports to executives.
Develop and implement quality assurance plans for projects.
Ensure that all safety protocols are met on the job site.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
Strong working knowledge of Waterproofing, Coating/Finishing, and Roofing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
