Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasting
Manage project resources, including scheduling and allocating tasks to teams
Coordinate with external stakeholders, subcontractors and vendors
Monitor progress of projects to ensure quality and accuracy of results
Develop and implement best practices to streamline project management processes
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Residential, Commercial, Fireproofing, Waterproofing, Gutter and Fiberglass projects
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
Proficiency in project management tools and software
