Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities and operations of construction projects
-Monitor project progress and adapt work as necessary to ensure project completion on time and within budget
-Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to during the construction process
-Coordinate and liaise with the project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
-Monitor and report on the progress of each project and take corrective action as needed
-Track project costs and performance metrics and analyze variances
Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience on relative commercial builds
-Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices
-Excellent knowledge of safety control and regulations
-Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
-Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
