Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope and within budget. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact between the customer and the project team, and will be responsible for client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Manage project budget, resource allocation, and timeline
Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project team
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Communicate project statuses and milestones to all stakeholders

Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in project management
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of the Roofing industry
Nice to have experience in High-rise, Healthcare, Educational, Industrial, Manufacturing, Government, Hospitality, Retail, Food And Beverage, Processing, Cold Storage, Roofing, New Construction and Re-Roofing
