Position Overview: The Project Manager will manage the planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project objectives, costs, and timelines. They will be responsible for interfacing with all stakeholders including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Estimate project costs, resources, and timelines
Monitor and control project progress
Prepare project status reports
Facilitate and coordinate project meetings
Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors and vendors
Track and report project milestones
Maintain quality control of project deliverables
Troubleshoot and resolve project issues
Implement OSHA safety protocols
Provide technical guidance and support to project team
Manage change order process
Ensure project completion within specified deadlines
Create and maintain project documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional certification
5+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of commercial construction, electrical systems, and data center design
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam
Knowledge of Accubid estimating software
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
