Production Manager (Baking)
Salary: Up to $110k + bonus
Location/Schedule: 1st shift role Mon-Fri (occasional weekends during busy season)
Requirements: 5+ years of production leadership within the food and beverage industry + GMP (Bilingual is a huge bonus!)

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee 3 shift lead supervisors with 8 employees under each shift supervisor
Efficiently manage production, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence
Enforce safety rules and ensure adherence to labor regulations
Oversee inventory and scheduling
Develop policies for efficiency and guide team members for optimal performance
Coordinate with QA
Manage training and support employees
Handle waste water management

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Production Supervisory experience within baking, in addition to:

Strong track record of making Continuous Improvement changes
Excellent trac record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
5S methodologies
Root Cause Analysis
Kaizen
Lean Manufacturing
