Production Manager - Engineering Degree + Chemical Manu REQUIRED

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and organized Production Manager to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related field) and have extensive knowledge in refining, specialty chemicals manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, production supervision, and reliability engineering. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Position Overview: The Production Manager will oversee the production processes, including but not limited to, ventilators, dryers, pumps, hydraulics, high temperature applications, reactors and high-pressure injection.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel and ensure task completion according to production schedules
  • Maintain optimal utilization of production resources
  • Develop production budgets and goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and collective bargaining agreements
  • Provide guidance and training to staff
  • Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met
  • Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement
  • Implement new production methods and technologies
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related field) is required!
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in refining, specialty chemicals manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, production supervision, and/or reliability engineering
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
