Job Title: Product Manager (Mid or Senior-level)
Location: 100% REMOTE!
Salary: $90-130k/year + benefits

We're currently looking for a mid or Senior-level Product Manager to join our team and oversee digital product initiatives across our client portfolio.
What you need for this position:
3+ years of Product Management experience at an in-house e-commerce brand or agency
Extensive e-commerce experience, particularly with Shopify
What you'll be doing:
Act as the primary contact for your clients
Oversee new client onboarding and discovery processes
Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business goals and customer needs to formulate a digital product strategy that addresses them
Develop, maintain, and manage the overall product roadmap for your clients, prioritizing initiatives, evaluating the effort required for design and development, and identifying key phases, decision points, and milestones for each project
Lead the execution of product initiatives from start to finish, including ideation, strategy, design, technical requirements, launch, performance measurement, and identifying opportunities for future iterations
Plan weekly resource allocation across data, design, and development, and collaborate with the Operations team to create monthly capacity plans
Work closely with the team throughout the design process, conducting review sessions and providing actionable feedback to ensure alignment with client objectives
Perform thorough QA testing to detect bugs, ensure usability, and confirm that all deliverables meet project requirements before release
Address ad-hoc tasks, such as populating CMS content in Shopify and conducting research projects
