Job Title: Senior Estimator - Millwork

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary : $100-130k+ Depending on Skillset

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator specializing in Millwork to join our dynamic team. As our Estimator, you will have the opportunity to oversee and continue to refine our estimating processes. You will report directly to the owners of the company and we will support you. This is a position with leadership and growth potential.The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and resources required for millwork projects, ensuring that all estimates are precise and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for millwork projects.
Conduct take-offs to determine quantities and types of materials needed.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and scope.
Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure the best value.
Prepare and present detailed estimates and cost proposals to stakeholders.
Maintain and update historical cost data for future reference and accuracy.
Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry with a focus on millwork.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
Proficient in take-off procedures and cost estimating software.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
