We have an opening for a Client Services Manager within our company. As a CSM you will be the single point of contact for administrative matters for your assigned clients. You will be working closely with our Account Managers to help your clients build their brands through our system.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Set up and maintenance of all Client files in our internal systems

Maintenance of assigned client information and presentations on our internal website

Maintenance of all pricing files for assigned clients in internal system

Tracking the execution of all cost changes

Maintenance and administration of the execution of client promotions

Administration of client ad programs, catalogs and other marketing and promotional documents at our distributor customers

Entry and maintenance of client items, pricing and promotions for major retailer, wholesaler and distributor customers

Updating and maintaining key technical information on client items such as UPC numbers, pack changes, name changes, pallet configurations order minimums, shipping locations and other specs

Providing answers or directing clients to the correct person to provide answers on questions regarding customer systems

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Strong verbal, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Understanding of Food Broker Business

Ability to multitask and work well under strict deadlines

The candidate must help to support the company values of integrity, work ethic and family values while balancing the need for high levels of on-time and quality performance with exceptional service for clients and customers alike. This position will report to the Lead Client Services Manager.
