Perform maintenance services on facility buildings, manufacturing & support equipment
Suggest improvements to production methods that will improve longevity of equipment
Create maintenance procedures, PM schedules & spare parts lists
Utilize computerized maintenance system to track maintenance services & docs at multiple facilities
Create training materials & programs that support the use of key equipment
Help maintain environmental & regulatory compliance
Support application of new equipment through install, testing, validation & training
Coordinate work of outside contractors to assure proper maintenance & compliance
Work w/ suppliers to determine proper parts necessary to repair & maintain equipment
Travel to facilities across 3 different facilities near Morgantown
5+ years of training & experience in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines
Strong carpentry, plumbing, painting, hydraulic, pneumatic & HVAC systems experience
Maintenance knowledge w/ equipment i.e. crane & hoist equipment, air compressors, pneumatic tools, press brakes, paint booths, saws & CNC equipment
OSHA & environmental regulations, electrical safety, machine safeguarding & PPE
Experience w/ computerized maintenance software.
