Salary: 80k-90k + bonus

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am
Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role involves managing a team of technicians, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and leading initiatives to improve maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, electrical systems, PLC applications, and ammonia refrigeration.
- Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance plans and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are a plus.
