Maintenance Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are in top working condition and that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and systems
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective use of time and resources
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts inventory and work orders
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance and mechanical repair
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
Experience in Operations, waste, Manufacturing, and Management is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
