Position Overview:

The Line Technician for the Night Shift will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment on the manufacturing line. They will work closely with the production team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the line. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment and be familiar with food safety regulations such as HACCP and SQF.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure production line is set up and ready for operation before the start of each shift
Monitor equipment during production runs to identify and troubleshoot any issues
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Communicate with production team to coordinate line changes and minimize downtime
Follow all safety guidelines and food safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of production line activity and equipment maintenance

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working in a production environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations such as HACCP and SQF
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on production equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience with HACCP and SQF certification
Experience working on a night shift schedule
Technical degree or certification in a related field
