Leasing Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Administrator to support our equipment financing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining organized records and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process equipment lease applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for all leasing documents
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and modifications
- Utilize CRM tools, such as SalesForce, to track leasing activities and customer interactions
- Support the sales team with equipment leasing inquiries and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Leasing Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and CRM software
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and leasing processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce
