Labor and Employment Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team. This position will focus on providing expert legal advice and representation in various labor and employment matters, including litigation, compliance, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to protecting the rights of employees and providing strategic guidance to employers on employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation and administrative hearings related to labor and employment matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and other related documents.
Provide legal advice on wage and hour laws, unemployment claims, and state agency issues.
Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law topics.
Advise clients on employee benefits, labor relations, and workplace policies.
Assist in developing training programs for clients on compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in CA
7+ years of experience in labor and employment law and litigation
Strong understanding of litigation processes and employment law regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
