Junior Civil Engineer

Location: Providence, RI - Hybrid Work Schedule

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining engineering records and reports and working closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time and in budget
Preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
Estimating construction costs, preparing contracts and purchase orders, and providing technical support for construction projects
Inspecting construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with engineering standards and regulations
Addressing and resolving engineering-related issues in a timely fashion
Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and performance of engineering projects
Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and plans for upcoming activities

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Demonstrated knowledge of cost estimating and engineering principles
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- PE license
- Scheduling Experience
