Jr. PM - Project Engineer, Mechanical Construction

Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in the Mechanical Construction department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in coordinating, scheduling, and executing mechanical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with planning, scheduling, and executing mechanical construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with the project manager in budget preparation and cost estimation.
• Assist with project status reporting, including project progress updates and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and record-keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in Mechanical Construction.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
