Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and litigation, providing expert guidance and representation in coverage disputes and claims.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on insurance coverage matters and policy interpretation.
Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and negotiations.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to insurance claims and coverage issues.
Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other legal professionals to resolve disputes.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
