Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000/ year, depending on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive HR initiatives that support the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company
Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement performance management systems to support talent development
Facilitate training and development programs for employees
Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment and culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Human Resources management
Proficient in HR practices and labor laws
Experience in engineering and manufacturing industries is a plus
Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues in HR
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR are highly desirable
