We are a top heavy civil contractor running work in Colorado and the surrounding states. We are continuing to expand as we keep growing and looking to add more great people to our team in the corporate office. We have multimillion $ contracts already awarded and just need to get the proper management in place to run the jobs.

- Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management process
- Run scheduling for the project
- Manage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process
- Assist in overall estimate
- Change orders
- Negotiation of contracts
- Maintain ongoing job cost
- Experience in local market
- Experience with online takeoffs
- Knowledge of production cost
At Least 5 Years of experience as, and/or knowledge of:
- Project Manager
- Heavy Civil Construction (concrete, asphalt, earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, and underground utilities.
- Deep foundations
- Highway/ Roadway projects (DOT)
- Civil Works
