- Oversee and lead an architectural, environments, strategies and production team to effectively establish revenue targets and manage the resulting book of business to maximize profitability
- Provide leadership by interacting with clients, staff and consultants as appropriate to advocate for excellence
- Develop a network of current and past clients and industry partners
- Nurture the client relationship, and develop new client contacts and business development within their region
- Maintain high-level and effective communication with client decision-makers
- Create effective proposals and contracts with particular emphasis on the establishment of reliable scope, schedule and fee
What You Need for this Position:
- Architecture Degree
- Licensed Architect (Preferred)
- 8+ years of experience
- Previous experience in HCAI/OSHPD or Life Sciences, S&T
