REMOTE Global FAE Manager/Director

Our company is the leader in enhancement mode gallium nitride based power management. eGaN FETs and integrated circuits provide performance many times greater than the best silicon power MOSFETs in applications such as DC-DC converters, remote sensing technology (lidar), motor drives for e-mobility, robotics, and drones, and satellites.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global FAE Manager/Director to lead our Field Applications Engineering team of 6-7 FAEs remotely. This role is crucial in driving customer success through technical expertise and strategic support in the adoption of our cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Field Applications Engineering team globally, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Provide technical leadership and support to customers in the adoption of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor technologies, including GaN and SiC.
Track design wins quarterly with staff FAEs and reporting to upper management.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and implement training programs for customers and internal teams on our semiconductor products and applications.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and product development.
Foster strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary technical liaison.
Global travel as needed to visit key customer in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MSEE preferred.
3-5+ years experience managing an FAE team in the semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor technologies, particularly Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC).
Experience in Field Applications Engineering and managing technical teams is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in Power Electronics and MOSFET technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
