Position Overview
The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. The role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and management of the annual budgeting process.
Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict business performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
