AI Healthcare Oncology Startup Seeking a Founding (Fullstack/Backend) Engineer!

Overview:

Our three-person team from Penn Engineering and Wharton is developing an AI clinical operations platform specifically for cancer care. We have raised capital from multiple VC firms and have contracts lined up with major health systems. You will be a trusted partner of the CTO and the 4th member of the team and do MEANINGFUL WORK that will IMPROVE CANCER PATIENTS LIVES.

What you will be doing:

-Construct and oversee our AWS cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on cost and performance optimization

-Assist in the development of our fundamental machine learning algorithms.

-Create and refine data pipelines to process and analyze data from the EHR to inform our machine learning models.

-Work with our UX designer on front-end development for our nurse-facing online apps and platform solutions

Techstack: AWS, Node.Js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python

What you need:

-Skilled in AWS, Node.Js, TypeScript/JavaScript,

-Experience building and scaling cloud infrastructure is a must

-Very familiar with going zero to one using infrastructure as code tools (such as Terraform)

-Passion for healthcare

-Willingness to embrace new and widely varying challenges in a dynamic startup setting.
