What You Will Be Doing:
In this Concrete Foreman role you will be responsible for overseeing projects with a bags on approach, developing and maintaining client contracts, and traveling depending on the job site location. You will be acting as a mentor for on-site staff while ensuring we meet project deadlines and collaborating internally.
What You Need for this Position:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in commercial concrete
Willingness to travel
Experience in larger scale multi-level structures for concrete
Experience in labor/customer management and development
Ability to organize documentation and record keeping
Knowledge of construction technology
Current and valid drivers license
