Salary: Up to 175k + bonus (total comp around $250k) + benefits

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for clients in family law matters, including child custody disputes, domestic violence cases, and financial issues.
Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs relevant to family law cases.
Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings to achieve favorable outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate and empathetic support throughout the legal process.
Stay updated on local, state, and federal laws affecting family law to ensure compliance and effective representation.
Engage in strategic planning to enhance the firm's reputation and client outreach.
Participate in professional development opportunities to foster personal growth and legal expertise.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Barred in WA
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
