Highly reputable and established Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor seeking a qualified and Experienced Metal Stud Framer/Framing *Estimator* in PHOENIX, AZ (must be willing to relocate full-time to Phoenix!!) with at least 5+ years Commercial Construction Experience, doing drywall and metal stud framing on specifically larger commercial construction projects. - Willing to Relocate Full-Time to Phoenix, AZ! (relocation costs will be provided)
- 5+ years Drywall/Metal Stud Framing Estimating experience - a MUST
- 5+ Years Experience with Estimating on Large Commercial Drywall & Commercial Construction projects - a MUST
- Knowledge and experience of light gauge metal framing, metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical systems (ACT) - a MUST
- 5+ Years Experience working with a Commercial Construction and Metal Stud Framing Drywall Subcontractor as an Estimator- a MUST
- *Strong* Track Record of Tenure (Candidates Must have at least 3-5 years or more Per Previous Company)
- Excellent math & organizational skills
- Great leadership & communication skills
