Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our roofing team. The Estimator will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely completion of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing projects
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to verify dimensions and building requirements
Research and analyze material costs and manufacturer updates to ensure accurate pricing
Prepare and submit bids for roofing projects
Communicate effectively with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
Utilize Estimating Edge software to streamline the estimating process
Maintain knowledge of building code and regulations to ensure compliance

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in roofing estimating and bidding
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and pricing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in takeoffs and verifying dimensions
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Estimating Edge software
Understanding of building codes and regulations
Ability to accurately assess material costs

Benefits

Pay: $56,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
