Position Overview: The Estimator will play a crucial role in the planning and budgeting process for construction projects. They will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating for construction projects, with a strong understanding of HCESS standards. They should also have experience with takeoffs, bidding, and working on multifamily, senior living, and office space projects.
