Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Employment, Labor & Workforce Management Lateral Partner to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employment law, labor relations, and workforce management. As a Lateral Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, while maintaining and expanding relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice and counseling to clients on a wide range of employment, labor, and workforce management issues
Develop and implement effective legal strategies for complex labor and employment matters
Collaborate with other partners and attorneys to ensure the success of client cases
Lead and manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice
Stay updated on current employment and labor laws and regulations
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new business opportunities
Participate in business development activities and initiatives to promote the firm's services

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active member of the state bar association and in good standing
Minimum of 10+ years of experience practicing employment law, labor relations, and/or workforce management
Proven track record of success in handling complex employment and labor cases
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of attorneys
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Client-focused with a strong business acumen
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
