Electrical Supervisor

Position Overview
The Electrical Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the electrical maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment operates reliably and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining high safety standards and optimizing the performance of electrical systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
Perform regular inspections and calibrations of electrical equipment and systems.
Manage scheduling and execution of electrical maintenance tasks and projects.
Provide training and guidance to team members on electrical safety and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and equipment calibration.
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze equipment performance and implement improvements.
