Position Overview
We are a commercial construction firm with an established electrical division, currently seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to join our Sarasota, FL team. The successful candidate will have a background working on commercial electrical projects $100K-$3m. This role is full-time and will include travel to all jobsites (within 60 miles of office).
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all job sites as required.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is performed efficiently and meets specifications.
Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to adhere to timelines and budgets.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the field as an Electrician, Superintendent, or similar role.
Licensed Electrician is preferred.
Experience with commercial projects (medical offices, large retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, etc.)
Track record working on projects valued between $100k and $3M.
comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Competency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
Ability to travel to all job sites (within 60 miles of office).
