What You Will Be Doing
Estimate electrical projects ranging from $2M-$10M
Create cost estimates, go over project plans, specifications, and any supporting documents.
Work together to comprehend project needs and create thorough bid proposals with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Make thorough estimates of the costs of materials and labor by using estimating software and tools.
Determine and measure options for value engineering and cost savings.
Create and deliver bid proposals to clients, including an explanation of assumptions and cost breakdowns.
Sustain connections with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee fair prices and prompt delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and evaluate project expenses to spot patterns and enhance the precision of your estimations.
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or an equal amount of experience
Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
3+ years of electrical construction estimating
Experience with project management/estimating tools like Accubid, Procore, Sage 100, and others
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
