Position Overview: The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates and project management services for electrical construction projects. This individual will work with clients to develop project scopes, cost estimates, and detailed project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones and resources.
Negotiate pricing and other terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Review and approve invoices from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Communicate with clients to ensure complete satisfaction on all projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all deadlines are met.
Train and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in electrical estimation, construction, and project management.
Experience with Accubid or other electrical estimating software.
Strong understanding of electrical principles and construction techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project.
