Position Overview: The EHS Manager oversees compliance, develops training, and drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Southwire's Operational Perfection System (OPS). This role champions workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement safety programs aimed at achieving zero incidents.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
Foster a proactive safety culture through comprehensive training.
Oversee waste stream analysis and hazardous material management.
Investigate incidents, conduct risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Business Administration.
3+ years in industrial safety management.
Professional safety certification preferred.
