Director of Operations

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives while optimizing processes in onshore manufacturing, particularly in the manufacturing electronics.

Key Responsibilities

While working hand-and-hand with the president & execs of the company, developing & implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve high performance and foster a positive culture.
Manage onshore manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain management and optimize production schedules.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements in plant operations.
Oversee the budget and financial performance of the operations department.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Experience in strategic planning and execution within the electronics industry, channel management, multi-channel sales
Strong knowledge of onshore manufacturing processes and best practices.
Familiarity with ODM and OEM partnerships is a plus.
Understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Experience with government grants and tariffs as they relate to manufacturing.
