Job Title: Director of Operations - Concrete Specialty Contractor
Job Location: Almont, MI
Salary: Competitive Salary $150,000 -$220,000 DOE, 100% Fully Paid Benefits, 401k Match
Requirements: 3+ Years executive management experience of another specialty contractor
We are an industry leading, family-owned, concrete rehabilitation subcontractor that does all our work in house. We work on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects throughout Michigan! We have over 50 years of history providing work for some of the top General Contractors in the area and are looking for an individual with operations experience to come be our Director of Operations!

What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates for all job sites
- Optimizes the utilization and efficiency of resources
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan for all sites
- Maintain the site specific safety plan for all sites
- Provide technical assistance, i.e. interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required
- Maintain client relationships with owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...
What You Need for this Position:
- Experience leading multiple job sites at once
- 5+ Years Specialty contractor experience or a self-performing general contractor
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work when needed
- 5+ Years experience in a executive management position overseeing operations
Strong Pluses:
- Concrete Rehabilitation (Waterproofing) Experience including Bridges, Roadways, Water treatment plants, Parking Garages, Commercial Buildings ETC...
- OR Concrete Paving Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
