Position Overview
The Director of National Sales will lead and oversee the national sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role is crucial in developing and implementing a Go to Market strategy that aligns with the company's objectives while managing a high-performing sales team.

**We are considering candidates that are located in the Midwest (MI, WI, MN, IL, IN, OH, KY, western PA, western NY, and possible eastern IA) if they do not wish to relocate, or across the U.S. if they are willing to relocate to the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Oversee territory planning and route mapping to optimize sales efforts and resources.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and prospects.
Utilize SalesForce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including HIPAA regulations, in all sales activities.
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on national sales.
Proven track record of developing successful Go to Market strategies.
Experience in healthcare sales, specifically lab sales, is highly desirable.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for KPI tracking and reporting.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
