Position Overview
The Director of Marketing - Healthcare will lead the marketing strategy and execution for our healthcare division, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote healthcare services and drive patient engagement.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-performance execution.
• Oversee content creation across various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Engage with influencers and key opinion leaders to elevate brand presence and credibility in the healthcare sector.
• Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer touchpoints to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create cohesive messaging that supports growth initiatives.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all marketing materials and communications.
• Organize and manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in team management and collaboration, with a focus on fostering a positive team culture.
