Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
$85-95K Base Salary - Work from Home 95% of the time.

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for clients in the financial services and ecommerce spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion. This role requires in-platform experience, utilizing up to date marketing technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, and Facebook/Meta
Utilize Google Campaign Manager to manage and optimize online advertising initiatives.
Engage with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their digital presence.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing strategies.
Create and manage conversion-based goals to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Build and implement a cohesive digital strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
Use Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand media is aligned with campaign messaging and objectives.
Manage the process of sending RFPs (Request for Proposals) to potential partners and vendors.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
Hands-on in platform experience with Google, Facebook/META, etc.
Campaign Performance Analysis
Experience in developing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Tweak campaigns based on evolutionary data sets, existing analytics reports, and conversion based goals.
Knowledge of brand media and how to leverage it in campaigns.
Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
