Position Overview

The Design Quality Manager - Infrastructure will oversee and manage the design quality of all infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and tunnels. This role will ensure that all designs are in compliance with industry standards and regulations, and meet the company's quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in design quality management and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the design quality of all infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and tunnels
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all design projects
Ensure designs are in compliance with industry standards and regulations
Review and approve project designs and specifications
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any design quality issues
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure design quality standards are being met
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address any design quality concerns
Provide training and guidance to design teams on quality standards and processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all design quality processes and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, quality management, project management with 5 years of design quality experience
Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to infrastructure design
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design quality issues
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in design software and tools
